Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Registration

A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) blends the operational ease of a traditional partnership with the corporate safeguard of limited liability under the LLP Act, 2008. It is particularly well-suited for professional firms, consultancies, service providers, and closely held businesses that do not require venture capital equity dilution.
